Phone and computer out of sync

I'm having a weird issue. A few weeks ago I did 2 dives (#74 and 75), synced my dive computer (Perdix) to my iPhone, did a cloud sync and then went to MacDive on my computer. Only dive #74 showed up on my computer. Today I did dive #76, went through the syncing process again and dive 76 appeared on my computer but #75 is still missing. Just to make it clear, my phone has dives 74, 75 and 76 but my computer goes from 74 straight to 76 and is missing #75. This is the same way I've been syncing everything for a while (dive computer > iPhone > Cloud Sync to Mac) and it's always worked for me so I'm a little confused why they're out of sync now.

If you're sure it's not just in the wrong order (eg sorting by dive number, different diver etc) then do a reset:
