Hello!
I have a Pro Plus 2.1 that is having temperature issues when importing the data. It took about 2 months, but after working with Oceanic, they determined it was a problem with their software. Their most recent software update shows the correct temperatures during the dive - finally. They indicated this was not resolved by firmware, but a bug in the Oceanlog software itself.
Oddly enough, the same problem shows up with MacDive. A recent dive in Ventura topped out at something like 109.
Any ideas?

Follow the stickied instructions for reporting download problems using the "atom2" test, email me the results, and I will take a look at the data.

NP. I already replied to your email, but for the archives, I should be able to get this fixed in the next update.
