I have the Cobra 2 and would like to purchase your program. Will my dive computer sync with your program and sync. all the dive info. automatically. even for multiple dives??

Pretty much. But you can download the trial off the website and try it out free. It will download the latest five dives.
Make sure you install the correct USB driver. There are links on the website, under supported devices (http://www.mac-dive.com/devices.php).
Also: please note there is currently an issue where sometimes the Cobra won't "wake up" properly, and you will need to click "Download Dives" twice in a row to make it respond. This will hopefully be addressed in a patch soon.
