Downloading xml/uddf from Shearwater Cloud gives wrong data

If I import a Shearwater XML exported by Shearwater Cloud, it gives me bogus durations. And if I import an UDDF exported by Shearwater Cloud, it gives me bogus average depths. Is there a way to fix the imports?
