Single Dive won't sync to iOS.

I just got back from a trip where I logged my 100th dive (huzzah!), but having synced from my Scubapro G2 to iOS, then to my Mac, I noticed that the Mac had 101 dives listed. A bit of investigation showed I had a duplicate of dive #88. "No problem, I'll just delete one!", I thought. Well, now the Mac recognizes the 88 that I did not delete, but that dive does not show on iOS across the sync. iOS has 99 Dives listed, and it just goes from #87 to #89. I tried to create a new blank dive on iOS, sync it back to the Mac, renumber it to 88, auto-merge it (this all worked fine), and then sync it back, but to no avail -- the sync-back still didn't put a #88 on my phone. So now I have 100 dives listed on the Mac, but dive #88 is still simply missing on iOS (grrr!). Any support in resolving this would be greatly appreciated!
