Has anyone been able to connect their Suunto D4i to Mac Dive on 10.15.2 Catalina? I am getting an "Import Error MacDive encountered a problem downloading from your Suunto D4i: Failed to open the device." It looks like it is communicating the Dive computer says "Data Transfer" and I get a spinning ball in Mac Dive but then the error pops up.
I am assuming its a driver issue but I have no clue where to find the solution. I am using the original Suunto cable and I am on the trial version of Mac Dive until I can get it to work.

It's not a driver issue, it's most likely a hardware issue on your end. Check SDM is not running at the same time, check you do not have a low battery, wet contacts, etc. Check the help under Troubleshooting Downloads for a bunch of other things (avoid using a USB hub, try a different USB port, etc).
