New Cobalt 2 and Mac Dive software
Downloaded the software, activated. Connected Cobalt to mac - nothing happens. The software says beginning import and nothing else happens. Ever.

The usual cause of this is that you did not enable PC Transfer mode on the Cobalt.
Note you have to press Select twice on the Cobalt, per the on-screen instructions, and the second time it doesn't look like anything happened. The manual has more info.
