Error with import new dives - Suunto D4i

When I begin import a new dives have an error

'Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.MacBookderuijeronimo-Bl' (Error Code: -5)'

The computer said 'data transfer'

Solved!!!

I need to disconnect all USB hard disk !! And baaam , all the dive logs are imported!
