Maybe I'm just not savvy enough, but is there a relatively easy way to export my dive sites and end up with a Tab Delineated Text file? I'd like to just use the work I've already done in MacDive to create a keyword list for tagging my photos in Photomechanic or Lightroom.

Not really. The simplest way (where simple depends on how technical you are..) is to export the sites as XML or KML and then filter them in your shell.
I'm happy to do it as a one-off if you're not a programmer type, just email me your sites file.
