When the sync photos option is disabled, the app will show a "broken image" preview each time there is a dive that has associated pictured (e.g. in the desktop app).
It would be great if clicking on one of the images will cause the download of the image, even if the sync option is disabled.
In fact, I may want to leave the option disabled but selectively load the images for a certain dive.

Interesting suggestion. That might be quite useful for people with large amounts of photos who want to just sync them for certain dives. Let me dwell on it and have a think about how we could incorporate that.
