Hey,
I primarily use a Shearwater Petrel for my dives, but I used my Suunto D4i on one occasion. Mac Dive will now not allow me to download that dive. It brings up an error as if it is looking for my Petrel. See the attached Import dialog, and the subsequent Import Error dialog.
Is there anyway of fixing this one?
Cheers

Re: Suunto D4i Import Issues
Did you install the FTDI USB driver? The direct link is: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP/Mac ... 2_2_18.dmg
If you did not, do that first. If you still run in to this problem, see Preferences -> Advanced to choose the correct port. Most likely you just didn't install the USB driver though.
Check Troubleshooting Downloads in the help which covers this and more.

I've downloaded many dives from my Suunto before. Just not since I have been using my Petrel.nick wrote:Did you install the FTDI USB driver? The direct link is: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP/Mac ... 2_2_18.dmg

I'll check out the port details.

Ya so it's probably just finding the Petrel first. Change it to the other one that will be there, and you should be fine (and the Petrel should still work also).
