I have not done any yet, but can you import GoPro Video/Stills directly from the Data Card?

MacDive doesn't actually read video at the moment (I should fix that!) but you should be able to drag and drop the stills on.
Provided you have selected "Let MacDive manage photos" in your preferences, they should be retained. But no, it won't import them directly - you'll need to drag them in or use the Add Photos menu option.
