Hi Nick,
Hope you had a good holiday!
There are a couple of small things with 2.2.1:
1. The "Date Last Service" field for equipment items is not synching properly. When I sync between MacDive and Dive Log for IOS, it tells me that the field is empty in MacDive and it will use the value from Dive Log. It syncs to MacDive OK but next time the same thing happens again.
2. Several fields can no longer be edited in the interface:
Serial Number
Personal Mode
Altitude Mode
I have a need to edit them because, along with "Gas model", these are not imported from my dive computer. Perhaps the problem is more a dive computer interface issue? I'm using a Liquivision Xeo.
3. The "Download Last" function is still importing old unwanted dives:

This is already resolved for the next update.Benthic wrote: 1. The "Date Last Service" field for equipment items is not synching properly.
Why do you need to edit the serial number? This should be available under Gear -> Liquivision, it's not really necessary per-dive and will likely be removed. However for now, you can edit it in the table.2. Several fields can no longer be edited in the interface:

Altitude and Personal I need to add back to the table so you can edit them, but only a few devices actually support them these days.
Please email me an up to date copy of your MacDive.sqlite file and your LVD and I will fix this. I couldn't see a copy of your data in my email this morning.3. The "Download Last" function is still importing old unwanted dives
Re: 2.2.1 questions
The only reason to edit the serial number is because it's not automatically populated when importing from the lvd file. I didn't think of editing it in the table! That will be fine. If you're going to remove the field anyway, then it doesn't really matter.
Personal mode I've been using for my Gradient Factors but I s'pose "gas model" would work for that too.
As for the sqlite file, I'll send you something when I get home from work!
Cheers

Or the Deco Model under Gases perhaps.
