Verification of dives?

Hi,

Maybe I missed something somewhere.....

I can not find where to enter the information in the Mac ver, iPad, or iPhone versions for the check box's on the bottom of the print out for Instrutor/Divemaster/Buddy and Certification number.

The Signature is fine, but where do you place your instructor/divemaster/buddies certification number?

There isn't a specific place at the moment. What about just putting "Instructor Name (number)" ?
