Oceanic VT3 CSV import

I'm just recently migrating my dive log information from the Oceanic windows software into MacDive. The import seems to go pretty well except for the date part. It defaults to January 1, 2001 9:00:00 GMT+900.

Right now I'm in Japan so my default timezone is Asia/Tokyo.

The lines in the csv export are:

Life Time Dive #: 7
PDC Model: VT3
PDC Serial #: 2810
PDC Dive #: 2
Dive Date: 04/14/2007
Dive Time: 11:49
Dive Mode: Normal
Surface Interval: 00:15
Max. Depth: 54 FT
Elapsed Dive Time: 63 min.
Min. Temperature: 72 F

I tried changing the formatting but that either crashed the app or continued to default to 1/1/01.

Any ideas on what to modify to allow it to import the dates correctly? All the rest of the information that the Oceanic software exports is imported correctly.
