I've just started to use MacDive and have been able ti import all my recent dives into MacDive from DiveLog on my iPhone.
However - I'd like to now keep all my dives in one place and have 100+ older dives from paper log books etc that I'd like to also enter into MacDive. Entering them all via the user interface will drive me mad and I only have limited data from these older dives.
Can you provide ...
1- a simple template in XLS format (or something similar) where I can enter the essential data needed to maintain the referential integrity of the MacDive ?
2 - a (simple?) process to then import these older dives ?
I'm sure many may find this useful.
Thanks.

Re: How to import large number of old dives ?
1. UDCF File
2. Drag and drop it to MacDive
Can't be too much easier!
You could replace #1 with a Suunto Dive Manager 2.x logbook if UDCF doesn't contain all of the information you need. Depends what you track. Both formats are really just XML. I can send you samples of both if you contact me via email.
