The app looks really crappy for dive log use. I think it would be a huge undertaking for both sides to work out syncing. And by the looks of the log functionality, it also looks like a waste of time.

The SSI App and their web interface have a large database of dive sites available. Would it be possible to have something similar for MacDive?

That'd be awesome. I know it's a huge task, but I think it'd be worth it in the end. It's a great idea in theory, but sounds like an impossible undertaking for Nick. The best would be a site that already collects that info that has an API to allow Nick to connect to. Not sure that exists.
