Dives from 2016-2017 were on an Oceanic Geo 2.0. Switched to Shearwater Perdix AI earlier this year. Downloaded dives to IOS. I then downloaded them to MacBook - added sites and merged some dives. When I synced earlier today, all the Perdix dives disappeared from IOS. I cannot get the Perdix dives on MacBook to sync to IOS.
iPhone is 8 Plus. I use iCloud to sync.
How do I fix this?

Hi,
If you're having problems with the sync, I would recommend deleting the iPhone app, then reinstalling, and re-enabling the sync. That's the easiest/fastest way to reset it.

I am currently experiencing a similar issue. I have a Perdix, I downloaded a dive yesterday.
I use Dropbox sync. Both iOS and Mac reported a successful sync, but I can't get my Perdix dive from my iOS to my Mac.
I disabled/enabled the sync on the iOS, it didn't work.
I also created an extra dive as a test, but it didn't sync (neither from iOS to Mac, nor Mac to iOS).
This is a very recent issue. I didn't have it until last week.

Reset the sync from scratch:
1. Disable syncing on all devices, except one.
2. On that device, choose Reset cloud.
3. Wait for 30-60 minutes.
4. Re-enable syncing on one device.
5. Wait for 30-60 minutes.
6. Re-enable on the others.
