I can't connect my Mares Smart DC to my MacBook, any tips?

I just got a Mares Smart DC and tried almost everything I can to connect but it doesn't connect suucesfully. I can see the green/red light on the link cable but in the Diver Diary, it still indicate not connected. I can't import my dives to the diary.

If you are having trouble with Divers Diary, perhaps you should contact them about it.

Thanks for your response Nick. Is there any quick guide on how to do this properly?

1. Install Divers Directory in Macbook
2. On Mares Smart DC, navigate to PC by pressing the top botton and then press for a long until it indicates PC Ready.
3. Connec the computer and then press sync... it doesn't work for me.
