How do you intend these two fields to be used?

Dive Type - wreck, ice, training, etc etc.

Entry type - shore, boat, or even stride/back roll, etc.

You can use 'em however you like though :) Perhaps as the type of beer you drank after the dive? Usually Tiger around these parts!
