Icon HD can't down load data to save my life

Hello...anyone else have this issue when using your Mares Icon HD..

Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbmodem01234561' (Error Code: -6)

I have tried switching USB cables. --- tried 3 cables and got the same Error message each time
I tried unplugging any other USB cables form the back of the mac. Still same error.

Any help would be great!

Based on other posts I also when into the preferences advanced area and deleted the serial overrride area so it is blank.

Hey there,

Usually the Icon HD is pretty reliable. Are you at the main menu? I have a funny feeling in the past someone told me you needed to be there for it to download - anyone else with an Icon, please let me know if I'm wrong on this. I may be getting it mixed up with another device.

My next guess would be low battery maybe.

Hello I'll give that a shot on being on the main page. The battery is at 100% and it still did not work. I'll post the results.

That didn't work... I now posted on the help side of this forum. My computer now totaly locks up... see help post.
