sorry if this is a dim question but I can't seem to find an answer.
I have been using diving log 5.0 and syncing with dive log on a PC without issue. I now have a Mac and diving log 5.0 is not supported. I've been looking at Mac Dive to bridge the gap. I am aware that Mac Dive can sync with dive log on my iPad. However having read the 'how to' guide it appears that the contents of my iPad will be replaced with the Mac dive data (which at this time is nothing). When I first sync, can I load all of my data from my iPad onto Mac dive?

Yes. Just sync, and choose "No" when you are asked if you would like to replace the data on your iPad. This only happens the first time.
