mian screen displays (ppo2 High) even when on 21% oxygen and at the surface. can any one let me know why and what it means.

Do you mean displays it as an alarm on the profile graph?
This means your dive computer triggered a high partial pressure warning, and MacDive is displaying it. It would really depend on the depth etc, if you think it is incorrect then follow the stickied instructions for reporting download problems and email me the results so that I can take a look.
