Greetings,
I'm really loving your application, but I can't figure out if there's a way to export my data from DiverLog to import it into MacDive. Can you help me with this please, if it's possible?
I've attached the export options I have in DiverLog.
Thank you!
How can I get my data from DiverLog to MacDive?

The options you have there (text, comma) are fine - click export then drag/drop the resulting files on to MacDive.
Re: How can I get my data from DiverLog to MacDive?
Thank you, Nick. When I do that though all of the dates show up as "12/31/00 7:00 PM".
Is there anything I can do to fix that issue and reimport the data with the correct dates?
Here's a sample of one .txt comma data file:

Re: How can I get my data from DiverLog to MacDive?
Usually this happens if your Mac is set to Metric but you have Diver Log set to Imperial (or vice versa). The dates lack context so they must be guessed, and this is the result.
If that is not the case, email me one of the files so I can investigate further. Unfortunately the Diver Log file format is terrible and they change subtle things from release to release. There may be something else going on also, but I'll need to have a look after work.

Re: How can I get my data from DiverLog to MacDive?
Thanks again, Nick. My Mac is not set to Metric though.
It's only 76 dives, so could edit the txt files manually (or write a script to convert them - I'm also a developer).
What format should the dates be in then?
Would this work?
Dive Date: mm/dd/yyyy
Dive Time: hh:mm
And the time should be 24 hour format right?
I appreciate your help!

Re: How can I get my data from DiverLog to MacDive?
Actually I had a thought on how to improve the date parsing. Email me the file, it will be a helpful test. I will get a new version of MacDive to you after work tonight that should hopefully resolve the issue.
Re: How can I get my data from DiverLog to MacDive?
Way cool, thanks a lot! I'll email you a few of the files now (it exports each dive as a separate txt).
