Suunto DM-2 to MacDive
Suunto DM-2 to MacDive
I have all of my old dives in Suunto DM2 on an old PC that is dying. I have been able to get the .sdl file and a .bak file of the info off of the PC. Can either file be used to import into MacDive? I've downloaded a trial version of MacDive and confirmed that I can import from my Cobra into MacDive, but I'd really like to get all my old info into MacDive too. Thanks!!

You should be able to export an .SDE file, which you can then drag and drop on to MacDive to import all of the dives.

I only have a .sdl file. Is the .sde file an export file from DM2? I don't have a PC that works at this point.

Yes, SDM can export an SDE file.
MacDive can't read the SDL itself. You would need a PC to read that and then export it, unfortunately.
