When I select Sites from right column of main page and then the globe icon a the top, I only get a grey screen. Is this supposed to be a map of dive locations via Google, ect? I just purchased this program today for my MacBook Air and manually added my first 9 dives including lat/long via Dive Log on iOS.
tks

Re: Map feature?
Yes, it is from google maps. Sometimes you will get gray if you have a broken network connection, or if the API or your computer has hit its limit of free requests for the period.
Ignore it for now, and try it again in a few hours. Frustrating, but you will understand if you've seen the cost of a pro google maps agreement.

Re: Map feature?
Ok cool, tried again this am and it loaded fine, but now have another issue, have downloaded Dive Log to my iPad mini and while syncing between my MacBook Air and my iPhone 5 went exceptionally easy and well, syncing with the iPad is throwing an "error to connect on port 52726". Any advice there?
thanks

Re: Map feature issue, iPad sync issue
(I have moved this topic to support and updated the title to reflect the content)
Are you at home currently? Or are you at a resort/hotel with limited wifi? Often times this is because you are on a restricted network. Otherwise, are you sure your iPad is connected to the same wifi network as your iPhone and Mac are?
Is the iPhone still active in sync mode? It may be worth quitting MacDive and restarting, to ensure that the connection is broken between the iPhone. The last time I tried this it worked fine, but perhaps it's gotten itself confused.
