Oceanic Pro Plus 2.1 Sync Issues Please Help!

Hi I have the Oceanic Pro Plus 2.1 and I'm positive that my computer is in PC transfer mode because it says PC with a countdown timer. I also believe I have downloaded the proper drivers to make it work. I've attached a picture of the drivers it says I need to download and I've downloaded all three under the Mac OSX title. Including the x86, x64 and PPC. Yet I still get this error message "Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.usbserial-20030001' (Error Code: -7)" Also I have tried this http://www.mac-dive.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=407 and I can't figure out how to do it. If I am doing something wrong please let me know!

The most likely problem with the Pro Plus 2.1 is that you have the cable plugged in upside down. This is very easy to do (I do it all the time on my VT4). The next most common problem with that device is that you have the wrong cable - the 2 and 2.1 cables are not compatible. Low battery is another common issue.

The best thing to do is try a download via Oceanlog in Windows to confirm that the cable is not faulty and that you are doing it right. If you look around the forum a huge number of people have this exact problem, and it is almost always either the wrong cable or the cable plugged in upside down.
