Renumber dives

I just noticed that the dive numbering has skipped a couple of numbers, possibly because I have been merging dives.

I see that it's possible to renumber dives based on dive computer, but that doesn't help me as I have switched computers back and forth a couple of times. Is it possible to do a "global" renumbering of the dives?
