Downloading dives from a Suunto Cobra

I just downloaded Mac Dive and am trying to download dives for the first time. I receive error message 7 "failure to read header information" when I try to download dives. I have a Suunto cable and believe I've downloaded the correct driver. Thoughts on what else I should check? I have Mac OS X Lion.

What USB driver did you install? Is the device in transfer mode? Have you read through the help, specifically Troubleshooting Downloads?
