I'm getting a "Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port 'Com port 1' (Error Code: -6)" code. I have tried connecting to both USB ports with no success. I know that the cable is good & the ports on the computer are good because I'm able to use the cable on another computer with no problem and am able to use the USB ports with other devices without fail. I've tried "scanning" for ports in the settings menu and it indicates no ports found. Any suggestions?
Im able to download dives to my other computer (given to my kids), transfer the dives to my iPhone then back to my current laptop. This is a little rough seeing how the other computer is at the kids other house....

There is no such thing as "Com port 1" on your Mac. The most likely issue is that you did not install the appropriate USB driver.
