Error code: -8

I keep getting the following message - "Failed to read dive computer memory (Error Code: -8)". does anyone know what this is all about and how i can rectify the problem?

I have had other error codes which have been dealt with using different downloads etc but this error code won't disappear?

Some of the info from my dive computer (Oceanic Geo) has transferred, however there's still more on it that won't transfer?

Can anyone help please?
