IMPORTING DIVES FROM PREVIOUS DIVE LOG VERSION

I have several hundred dives logged in "DiveLog" version 1.3.2. I just purchased MacDive today and despite searching forums and wiki could not find the exact answer to my problem. I would like to import those dives from older "DiveLog" version to my new software. Is there a simple step by step description of how to do this? I am running OS 10.7.4. Thank you for your help.

Drag and drop the DiveLog .xml file on to MacDive.
