I have recently purchased an OSTC 2n. Currently I am running the trial version with view to purchasing the licence. However, when I try to download the dives I the following error message:
import error
failed to read dive computer memory (error code: -5)
any suggestions?

Ensure you are not using a USB hub, for one - this is a common issue.

I also have an OSTC 2N (god I love that dive computer) and it works just fine.
Just make sure your computer is on (press either the right or left button to turn it on) when you download the dives and it should work without a glitch.
