HW OSTC - No Profile information for Closed Circuit

Unfortunately I don't see any dive profile for logged dives I made with my rebreather.
The dives are downloaded (I can see date and time) but I there are no dive details shown.
Meaning: duration is 0, depth is 0, Computer is empty and I don't see any profile.

JDiveLog has the same issue, that's why I bought mac-dive---
unfortunately MacDive doesn't work for me either


It would be nice if someone can help me out on this!

I've emailed you, but for anyone else with this issue, please try the beta (check the news page for the link). Should resolve the issue.
