Hi,
Does anyone know how to upload the backup to MacDive on OS X Lion.

Copy your MacDive folder from /Users/your username/Library/Application Support/ to the same place on Lion. Unfortunately Library is hidden by default so you may need to open a finder in your home directory and use the goto menu (command + G from memory) and type Library to get to it.

Holding down the Option key while clicking on the "go" menu in Finder will also reveal the library in the menu.
