Blocking downloads of certain dives

Just Bought a second hand Dive Computer ( sunnto Helo2)

Question is there any way that I can disable or block out the existing dives on the Helo2 from being downloaded every time

Make sure "only import new dives" is checked in preferences.

I sort of thought I did that. I imported the old dives and removed the check box. I then deleted the dives in macdive but then on the next download it brought them in again. They are dives that some one else had done so don't want to see them

"new" is defined as a dive that has not been downloaded before.

Do a dive of your own, import, delete the old ones. They won't appear on future downloads.
