Hi all,
I install MacDive on my macbook pro and I have the message below:
Failed To Migrate Data
MacDive failed to update its database. Usually this means you were using an incompatible data version. Please contact support.
What I can do ?
I try to erase the database and restart the application but I've got the same error.
I'm on Mac OS X 10.5.8.
Thanks by advance.
Regards,
Merloon

Re: Failed To Migrate Data
You've done the right thing, but unfortunately on Leopard there is an issue that causes this to recur, even after removing the database. Can you please send me an email, that way I can reply and send you a fix.
Apologies to everyone who has encountered this issue - I think I have finally (since MacDive 1.0.0) found a solution to prevent it from happening again, which I will add to the next patch.

Re: Failed To Migrate Data
Unfortunately, I have the same problem...the software works on my laptop, but my wife is having problems w/ hers (running 10.5.8)! I'm hoping there's a new fix.

Re: Failed To Migrate Data
I've had no internet for a few days - I just managed to get on now and I'm about to send it to you.
Sorry for the delay, this is the soonest I could possibly get online.

Re: Failed To Migrate Data
This issue is long since resolved.
However, if you had encountered the bug before 2.0.5 then you will still run in to the issue. The help explains how to fix it under "frequently asked questions".
