Edit dive site name

Post by nancy54cat »

I don’t know what has happened to my MacDive app. I can’t view a list of my dive sites. In fact nothing seems to be the way it was. The version I am on is 1.4.13.

Good day to you nancy54cat!

Because you said "app" I am going to assume that you are using the app on your iPhone, if you are using it on an iPad or Mac please let us know. I am using version 1.4.13 on my iPhone SE. When the app opens there is a button in the middle of the bottom of the screen that says sites and has the map pin symbol. When I touch that it takes me to the sites screen, defaulting to the map view. When I touch the three dots in the top right corner one of the options that comes up is "List: Browse sites as a list", when I touch that option it brings up the list of countries I have recorded dives in and lets me navigate through the list.

Is that what you were looking to find?

Have a great day and have fun diving (safely)!

Thank you for the reply. I was using the app on my iPad and I was ready to ditch the app BUT I tried it on my iPhone and it was a completely different experience. I deleted the app on my iPad and reinstalled it. That was the answer! Now I am back to enjoying the app on my iPad!
Because I am not a “techy” person, I need all the help I can get. I can now do everything I need to do easily.
FYI, you are the most reliable support person on this app and I really appreciate your presence. Again, thank you.
