I get an error message saying that the Mac Drive app is no longer available in the App Store in my region and therefore can no longer install the app on my new iPhone.
Is there any way I can reinstall the app?

Hi,
even if the app is no longer available in the App Store (also in Italy) you can always re-download it from the "previous purchase":
- Open the App Store app on your iPhone.
- Tap on your account icon (your photo or initials) in the top right corner.
- Tap on Purchased (or, if you are part of a Family Sharing group, you might need to tap My Purchases).
- You will see a comprehensive list of all the apps you have ever downloaded or purchased with your Apple ID. You can switch between All and Not on this iPhone to see only the apps that are not currently installed on your device.
