Importing pictures

I’m sure this has been covered before. But I’ve searched the manual and done searches in the forum with no luck.

I am looking for a step-by-step on how to get pictures/video into MacDive. Preferably into the Dive automatically.
I’m using an iPad Pro and a GoPro eight.

Go to the photos tab of a dive profile and click + to add an image, or drag/drop on the iPad.

So it’s all manual it doesn’t do it automatically monitoring a directory using the image metadata?
