MacDive Sync to two different apple ID

I just purchased MacDive and now have it working with my Pro Plus 2 dive computer. Software is installed on the wife’s AirMac. I have the app on my IPhone 13. Can I sync the software on her computer to the iCloud with her Apple ID then sync with the app on my iPhone? I tried sign her out and logging in under my Apple ID on her computer but it looked like it was to delete a lot of data if I signed her out. I am new to apple computers so please forgive me if this is stupid.

No, you have to sync to the same account.

If you want to use different apple ids then consider syncing via Dropbox instead.
