After using mac dive with this computer without problems for several years I'm getting the error "Failed to read dive computer memory (Error Code: -9).
Tried restarting a couple of times. Google isn't helping much.
Any ideas what to do?

Make sure your battery is not low. Make sure your cable is not damaged/dirty, and is plugged in correctly etc. Usually "it used to work fine" means low battery. If I recall the DG03 cable is one of those that plugs in to the dive comp both ways, but only works one way - make sure it is not upside down.

Actually this specific error may be something else -
Can you please go Tools > Send Diagnostic Info, choose Oceanic Atom 2 as the device, click Begin, etc etc then email me the results.
