OSTC No device found

Hi I have a the latest version of Mac-Diver installed and an OSTC Tech dive computer running the lates firmware but when I try to download dives it says no device found


any suggestions

iOS or macOS? Which model exactly do you have? What download option are you using? Bluetooth or USB (if on macOS) ?

I am running Mac OS Catalina and the dive computer is OSTC 2 tech edition

Not sure about the other questions you didn't answer, but if you're using Bluetooth, have you paired it?
