Hi Nick

I can't download dives from my Ratio iX3M Pro Tech+ / OS Catalina via cable.

First try after opening the app: MacDive encountered a problem downloading from your Ratio iX3M Pro Tech+:

Failed to read dive computer memory (Error Code: -7)


Another: MacDive encountered a problem downloading from your Ratio iX3M Pro Tech+:

Failed connecting to dive computer on serial port '/dev/tty.MALS' (Error Code: -5)

Make sure you don't have low battery, nothing else is open that might interfere, you are not using a USB hub, etc etc.
