I would like to trim off the end of some of my dives, and I have seen a few references in the support forum where you say manually edit the main table data and it will update, but I can't figure out how to do that.
I apologize if this has already been answered, I have searched but was unable to find the answer anywhere.

There's no way to edit sample data sorry.
Your only option would be to export the dive, edit the exported data file manually, and re-import it.
