Hey,
After connecting my Oceanic pro Plus 3 to my laptop (MacBook Pro), it stays in PC mode for 2 minutes. That gives me time for a few attempts at import, but for some reason, I get an error that Macdive can't see the computer. It's connected and in PC mode, Macdives prefs are correct...is there a trick to making them talk to each other?

It may be that the USB cable that Oceanic supplied me with is junk. After the 99th attempt at wriggling it around to connect, the dives downloaded. Thanks, Oceanic!

The most common issue with the Pro Plus 3 is plugging the cable in upside down. It fits both ways, but it only works one way. Maybe you turned it around?
