downloading issues

downloading issues

I have a Suunto Mosquito. I can't download my dives, but I could before I updated the program ... I get this message "Failed to read header information (Error Code: -7)" I would really appreciate some advice!

Are you in PC transfer mode?

Do you have low battery?

What kind of cable do you have?
