Did you install the FTDI USB driver? The direct link is: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP/MacOSX/FTDIUSBSerialDriver_v2_2_18.dmg If you did not, do that first. If you still run in to this problem, see Preferences -> Advanced to choose the correct port. Most likely you just didn't install the USB...

Hey, I primarily use a Shearwater Petrel for my dives, but I used my Suunto D4i on one occasion. Mac Dive will now not allow me to download that dive. Hi Nick,
Sorry to be a pain, but I'm unsure which file is the data file. There is a bunch of files in the Application Support/MacDive folder.
I hope you had a great holiday with plenty of underwater action!

I joined a couple of dives together, but now experience duplicates. It seems every time I save and close Mac Dive, it creates the dive again. I have tried deleting the incorrect dive, which works, until I load Mac Dive again, at which point it seems to have duplicated it yet again. As you can see fr...

My update to 2.3.1 is hanging, and I don't want to kill it in case it corrupts the database. I simply have the "Upgrading..." bar which is at the end, but has been for about an hour. I have approximately 120 dives in the database, so not that many. Any suggestions as to why? I am on an iMa...
