Re: Using C-card images in lieu of actual cards
I've recently used a color copy of my Advanced OW card with two dive operators (plastic cards stuck in the mail). Of course, this was all within two hours of home and most dive operators know each other.

Re: What dive computer should I purchase?
I have the Suntoo ZOOP (along with the world's most expensive USB data cable) and it is a good computer. No issues whatsoever during my 34 dives (salt and fresh, warm and just-above-freezing). My minor issues involve post-dive manipulation; I guess I'd prefer another button or two. I have seen more ...

Re: Split a dive
Hello again Nick (and everyone), I'm back on this topic. It has been bugging me that there isn't a dive profile for the second dive, and I have a little bit of free time. I am able to easily determine the split point in the sample intervals when I export the dive log as XML, and I am able to renumbe...

Re: Pick Lists
Certainly multi-select does work. Auto complete doesn't seem to be working in either the All Dives or Edit mode, but multi-select is a fine solution. Thanks!

Re: Split a dive
It's not something I had planned, no. But I'll keep it in mind for a rainy day! I'm adding my thumbs up for this feature, but there isn't any urgency so leaving it in the rainy day group is fine. The easiest place to do it might be in the graphical depiction (side view) of the dive profile. Click a...

Pick Lists
Using 2.1.3 (beta), so far so good. I recently spent a wonderful two weeks diving in St. Thomas USVI. I imported data for all 20 dives from the Zoop with no problem but, because I performed lots of dives with the same few dive operators, would have liked the ability to use pick lists for the Dive Op...

Re: Scanned signature
Bumping my second old thread here, sorry. I really like reading developer logs because I'm a huge geek. I had a thought. Instead of converting a scanned signature to a vector graphic what about allowing either one? There is already code written to drag images in to the gear section. The dive log cou...

Re: Surface Interval vs. Bottom Time entry
Hello everyone, New diver, new to the forum, new Mac user, but long time computer guy. What about having three significant fields in each category: hh:mm:ss, and counting from the right? So and entry of '14' by itself, counting from the right, means 14 seconds. An entry of '14:05', counting from the...
