I have a question about the SAC rates in Macdive and Divelog.

I have several dives in Macdive, to which i also added a Tank as gear. So Macdive calculates my SAC rate based on the starting and ending pressure.

I synced Macdive with Divelog on my iPhone.
In Divelog also the same tank is added tot the dives, and the starting and ending pressures are the same ofcourse.

But when i compare the SAC rates in Macdive and Divelog, they are not the same.

Is SAC rate something that is not synced, and do macdive and Divelog both calculate that independently of eachother?
And if so, how come the outcome of that calculation is different?

They are calculated independently, they are not stored (or synced).

I don't know how Dive Log works out its SAC, so I couldn't tell you why it is different. I can speak to Greg.
